Sneak Peek of our Bellota Project / Full Reveal Coming Soon!

A few years ago everything was about being light, white, modern, and airy. Traditional design has slowly been filtering back in to the look designers and clients are loving. This year, this turn back toward the traditional is including dark wood furniture and accents. Medium tones were popular last year, but this year think dark and rich providing high contrast with your existing light toned floors, beams, and walls.

Brown Tones and Warm Neutrals

From furniture to accents, shades of brown are dominating all the most trending spaces. Dark rich chocolatey browns add lots of warmth. For a softer look, or a look that pairs well with existing black accents in your home, try camel or taupe.

Of course we love the look of read wood, true stones, authentic rugs, etc. But as we move in to 2023, the more affordable, more family-friendly get-the-look-alternatives will continue to gain popularity because they are getting so good. For example, wood alternative flooring used to look cheap and nothing you wood consider in a high-end home. Today? Luxury Vinyl Plank and our own line of Stoneform Floors with HEWN look so realistic. For families with children, dogs, pools, or extreme weather, they make a lot of sense, achieving the look of European oak without the effort of maintaining real wood.
