Project Reveal: Family Ties Master Bathroom

The master bathroom of our Family Ties Custom build is a layering of warm woods, modern lines, and handcrafted tile. Today we are sharing all the sources to help you look a similar look in your own design. Take a peek!

We layered two different Fireclay tiles to create depth and interest in this space. The floor tile is Sintra, a traditional Moroccan pattern that adds a timeless global vibe. The neutral color feels fresh and airy and keeps the emphasis on the beautiful texture of the tile. We ran the floor tile throughout the floor space using a curbless entry into the shower. This bathroom design trend creates a seamless floor that leaves your bathroom feeling bigger, more modern, and very pretty.

We paired the floor tile with a 2″x6″ wall tile in French Linen. It’s a glossy tile with a semi-reflective sheen. The color looks beautiful with the custom white oak cabinets, brass Brizo fixtures, and brass lighting and hardware.

The beautiful brass bathroom fixtures are from Brizo. The Invari and Odin Collections in Luxe Gold are the prettiest color and work perfectly in this light and airy bathroom. The color and sheen complement the natural white oak cabinets and add a contrasting warmth to the cool-tone tile. The shapes are modern takes on classics and so add a timeless vibe to the space. We particularly love the shape of the Invari Widespread Faucet and the Odin Freestanding Tub Filler.

In the shower, several fixtures in the shower to create a lux experience. We used the Invari Showerhead, the Invari Raincon Shower Head, the Invari Hand Shower, and the Touch Clean Round Body Spray.

We finished off the space by layering additional neutrals textures. We chose a faded Turkish vintage runner, a warm wood accent stool, and a glass and brass pendant from my Becki Owens x HVL collection.

The beautiful layering of neutral pattern and texture create a soothing spa-like feel in the space. We love how it turned out!
