The Custom Drapery we are Using to Transform our Via Teca Project

Our Via Teca project is a Southern California coastal beauty. By far the best element of the house is the expansive ocean views out the windows of each room. One of the pivotal updates in this transformation is the new window coverings that frames the view. To get the look we love, we partnered with Two Pages Curtains. The beautiful custom drapery adds privacy, light control, and soft texture to each space. Take a look at how the pinch-pleat linen drapes that we chose elevates the design and enhances the view.

This bedroom has an incredible view and beautiful bay windows. The look leans toward traditional with the diamond grille detail on the window. We knew we wanted a window treatment that could add privacy and light-control when necessary, but that felt like an intentional design choice that added beauty to the room when open. We chose the Premium Belgian Linen Flax Curtain Pleated Patti in Natural. We think they are the perfect fit to blend the traditional vibe of the home and the airy coastal view out the window. We love the way the line pleat drapes adds softness and texture to the room. It really makes the bedroom feel inviting and polished.

We paired the beautiful pleated drapes with a roman shade on the smaller window. The Patti Belgian Linen Cordless Roman Shade in Natural seamlessly blends with the close by pleated shade. The Belgian linen looks beautiful in a roman shade and again helps create an airy effortless vibe that blends the classic and coastal looks of the home.

To best meet the needs of our space, Two Pages recommended pairing our custom drapes with this extra large rod from Amazon that extends from 10 to 20 feet. We added these eyelet rings. If you don’t need the extended length, you can order hardware directly from Two Pages Curtains, see their selection here.
