I thought I would start the week with some progress news about a fun new project I’m working on in Utah in collaboration with Jamie Bellessa. It’s a home located in the charming small town of Heber. This vision for this home is a modern farmhouse with rustic and industrial elements. We aren’t finished, but the transformation is already amazing. Take a peek into the Heber house project…
This gives you an idea of where we started. These are the before pictures of the kitchen and great room area of the home.
Here is the mood board for the project. Plus, the renderings for the kitchen and great room areas. An eclectic mix of natural woods, patterned upholstered pieces and modern accessories.
The kitchen is making progress with a fresh new look, and crisp black and brass accents.
Here is a glimpse of the dining room. The vintage pillows introduce fresh new color to the space.
New lighting throughout the house gives it a modern updated feel. Like the sconces in this hallway.
Each bedroom will have a modern, minimalistic feel with warmth from unique, layered textiles.
This sitting room/library is one of my favorite spaces. A pretty space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and natural light.
I hope you have enjoy seeing the vision for this beautiful home. I look forward to showing you more images when the Heber project is complete. To get the look for your own home see below. Have a wonderful Monday!

Incredible! What a huge transformation in style. The rustic and industrial elements are perfect for a Heber home but it’s still perfectly updated to be more modern.
I’ve been searching for a minimalistic sconce like the one listed in your great family room design board. Currently undergoing a reno of my powder bath after some water damage, and that would be the perfect final piece. Would it be possible for you to share the source? ??????
