We are excited to share images of our latest project for the 2019 St George Parade of Homes! We loved hearing from those of you who were able to come out and see it in person, but for those too far away we are sharing all the details here on the blog. Today we are starting with the kitchen. Read on for sources!

This spacious light-filled space blends clean modern lines with warm rustic metals and woods. We kept the color palette neutral to keep the focus on the beautiful red-rock views out the windows. The walls are painted Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace and the floors are Provenza Moda Living in the Finally Mine colorway.
The cabinets are custom v-groove with the uppers painted to match the walls, Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace, and the lowers stained to match the floor. Chantilly Lace is a go-to white paint for us. We love the crisp look that reads as a true white in most lights. For more white paint favorites, read this post.
The counters are a beautiful quartz called Calacatta Laza. Although we love marble, for many clients we go with quartz for it’s durability and relative affordability. For more on quartz and other white marble alternatives, check out this post.
A trio of pendants above the island help ground the high ceilings, add a layer of light, and a bit of pretty brass shine. Layering your lighting is a way to make sure that you have no dark shadowy corners. In this space we have recessed lighting in the ceiling, sconces above the sink, and the island pendants.
The tile backsplash is Emser Tile Linear Hex. In a neutral space, we love layering textures to keep things dynamic. This tile is so pretty and adds pattern and sheen.
We finished the space with warm styling details. The rustic barstools are Restoration Hardware but you can get the look for less here. The vintage rug is a rich terracotta (get the look affordably here). Warm corals, terracottas, and browns are a major trend for 2019. Read more on updating your space with these colors in this post.
We can’t wait to share the rest of this home with you and the other projects we have been working on! Check back soon for more project reveals.
