Laundry rooms are usually small and utilitarian, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be beautiful. Spending time in a pretty space can help motivate you to get through your chores. The easiest way to beautify your laundry room is with paint. It’s relatively affordable and can be done this weekend. Here are a few favorite laundry room paint colors we have used you to get you thinking of how you might update your own space.
Benjamin Moore Iceberg
For this pretty laundry room we used the softest blue to create a calm, soothing space. The color is Masterbrand Custom Cabinets color match of Benjamin Moore Iceberg.
Benjamin Moore Black Panther
In the laundry room of our Summit Creek Project, we chose to paint the cabinetry Benjamin Moore Black Panther. Black is a neutral with a bit of edge. It feels bold, sophisticated, and pairs well with both modern and traditional styling elements.
Benjamin Moore Smoke Embers
Although we wanted the pallet in our Villa Bonita Project to stay neutral, we still wanted a little contrast and warmth in the laundry room. We chose a warm gray, Smoke Embers by Benjamin Moore. It’s a beautiful color to pair with crisp white and warm wood.
Benjamin Moore Santorini Blue
We added a pretty pop of Benjamin Moore Santorini Blue on the lower built-ins of our Double Eagle Project laundry space, For those of you hesitant to commit to color on your cabinetry, the laundry space is a safe place to try it out.
Farrow and Ball Pigeon
In the small-space laundry room of our Brio Project, we added cabinetry to the ceiling to get as much storage space as possible. The upper cabinets are painted a favorite crisp white, Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace. Although we were trying to design a space that felt clean and bright, we didn’t want it to feel stark. To add color and contrast, we chose a beautiful rich blue-grey for the lower cabinets, Farrow and Ball Pigeon.
Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace
If you love the idea of a clean white laundry room, our go to white is perfect. Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace is bright and crisp white that doesn’t pull yellow or blue in most spaces. We love it paired with warm wood and terra cotta tile.
Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace looks fresh here in paired with gray tile and warm wood shelves. It’s a great color match to most white appliances and helps create a seamless flow in the space.
