This 90’s home in Winter Park, Florida had tons of natural potential, but was in need of an overhaul. Sitting lakeside, it had traditional elements, a sunken living room space and ample views of Lake Virginia but the dated design and flow begged for updates. Interior designer Jamie Gernert of WYC Designs and Architect Gary Hancock of Winter Park Design completely transformed the home with full cosmetic upgrades and a redesigned powder, primary bath, kitchen and made a multi-functional laundry/pantry through a hidden kitchen cabinet door. They focused on natural materials, traditional finishes and elements that would patina and age gracefully with this 90s era home. Complete with a Lacanche range, unlacquered brass plumbing fixtures and a variety of marble, limestone and zellige tile. You are going to love this inspiring before and after!
