This last weekend, my husband and I took a little trip to the Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in San Diego to celebrate our anniversary. It was a quick getaway about an hour from home but the beautiful property, yummy food, and excellent service made it a luxurious weekend.
The resort welcomed us with beautiful tile and fresh French Macarons. My husband and I were really impressed with the service; everyone was so helpful and kind.
The common areas of the hotel have recently been renovated and had a cool modern Spanish vibe. The lobby was really pretty and I loved the hex tile in the bathroom paired with a floating vanity and leather-hung round mirrors.
The food at the Seasons Restaurant was so good. Everything on the farm-to-table menu was fresh and yummy. They use in-season local ingredients. We had a dessert that was unique–tapioca, pineapple foam, and coconut sorbet served in a terrarium with local flowers.
This is a great resort to relax and unwind. The interior had a very comfortable feel with friendly staff. The outdoor pool space was beautiful.
A big thank you to the Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara for a great Anniversary getaway. We felt so welcome, enjoyed the whole experience, and recommend it for the perfect staycation.
