We are so excited to share all the resources and stying tips from the two projects we just finished showing off for the St George Parade of Homes. Today, we are starting with the Guest Bathroom from our Beach Front Project. In this space we mixed warm light wood with cool moody gray. The contrast in tones is interesting and creates a rich organic feel to the space. Read on to learn how we got the look.

Vanity Details
The custom built-in vanity has a thick quartz counter that makes a statement, paired with airy wood shelves perfect for simple storage and pretty displays. The countertop is Bedrosians Honed Magnifico Basalto. Quartz is an affordable and durable option that still creates a rich look. The deep cool gray contrasts beautifully with the wooden shelves stained to match the house flooring (Paradigm Flooring Conquest Collection in the Chateau Colorway).
Paint Details
The crisp white walls are painted Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace. This is for sure our go-to white paint. It’s a clean bright white that doesn’t pull too warm or cool no matter the light.
Tile Details
It does not take expensive tile to get a rich look. The tile that we used in this bathroom feels lux, but has a very affordable price point. The porcelain floor tile is Bedrosians Vivace in Atlantic. We paired it with Bedrosians 5″x5″ Cloe Tile in White. This tile has a bit of the texture and shine of the Moroccan Zelige we love, but at $6.99/ sq ft it is a fraction of the price. We used it as the counter backsplash and in the shower.
Fixture Details
The faucet and shower fixtures are from the Brizo Invari Collection in Polished Chrome.
Lighting and Styling
We are obsessed with these beautiful Hudson Valley pendants that hang from each side of this rectangular mirror. Pendant lights are an unexpected swap over sconces that can really elevate the design and make it feel unique.
Stone, ceramic, and woven textures finish off the bathroom. You can find a similar vase here. Organic elements are trending and we love the way they add texture to a space.
We’ll be sharing much more from this home soon so be sure to check back!
Happy Monday!
