The open-concept bathroom is always intriguing. In this space, the large open archway leads to both a frameless shower and beautiful soaking tub with modern lines. The angled shower heads, sloped floor, linear drain, and a waterproof limestone plaster wash on the walls keeps water contained without shower walls. The look feels open, airy, and modern.
In contrast to the sleek modern design of the space, rich handcrafted materials add history and depth. Antique terracotta tiles from Cle adds European charm. We love it paired with marble walls. The contrast between the warm and cool tones creates a fresh, layered look.
Another unique feature of the space is the semi-custom vanity. It’s so beautiful and makes a statement. Made from a console table, the original cement table top was replaced with a custom marble counter with integrated sinks. The hardware pops in a mix of black and brass metals
Storage can be an issue with open vanities. Here, beautiful baskets under the counter allow easy, but hidden, access to bathroom accessories. A unique shape vase with seasonal greens, a rustic wooden bench, and pretty loomed towels add vibrancy and interest.
It’s a beautiful bathroom. To recreate a similar vibe, shop the look below. To see more beautiful inspiration from this designer, visit Sarah Ruth Interiors Inc.
