We love this light from our Becki Owens x HVL Collection. The textured warm silver leaf finish on the metal dome adds a bit of modern industrial detailing that creates pretty contrast with the woven wood bed. The brass chain adds a bit of shine. We always use multiple lighting sources in every room we design–an overhead light that fills the space, and a table lamp for focused soft glow. In this bedroom we wanted a lamp that would help us create a mix of textures and materials to keep the room feeling collected and interesting. The plaster finish and sculptural shape of the lamp works with the other elements of the design, but makes a quiet statement. Shop the table lamp here.
We recommend adding a rug in the bedroom, even if the space is carpeted. The rug adds an extra plush comfortable feel to the space and grounds the room with the texture or color.
