Our Elevated Views Project is a beautiful home designed to capture the beautiful natural views of its red rock surroundings in St. George, Utah. It is the ultimate family playhouse but designed with a sophisticated layering of organic neutrals, interesting lines, and statement lighting. Today, we cannot wait to show you the theater room and bowling alley!

The entertainment spaces of this beautiful home are meant to welcome a crowd with soft inviting textiles, sophisticated neutrals, and most of all fun. The theater room has plush down-filled sofas in durable performance textured linen-weave fabric from Restoration Hardware. The walls are a deep gray limewash along with custom inset white oak paneling to set the mood. Statement lights add a modern statement that still feels reminiscent of old theater globe lights.
This beautiful pool table in white wash blends into the space, and works as a fun transition to the basement kitchen in white oak and black tile. Throughout the rooms, there are several comfortable lounge areas for sitting, chatting, eating, and watching TV.
The bowling alley was the one thing that the client’s son asked for in the home. He’s actually in a bowling league so this has become a favorite hobby of his. We wanted friends to feel comfortable hanging out on the curved sofa while waiting for their turn or to just have fun watching the game. The smaller round dining table and chairs with a modern take for a cool place to seat as well. The chandelier gave a cool- loungy feel to set the tone.
We worked with Restorative Woodworks to create the most custom cubby out of white oak for the bowling balls and bowling shoes of all sizes. This cubby looks incredible and keeps everything organized and easy to use at any moment. It’s the most stunning bowling alley we’ve ever seen!
Our clients have been collecting Jersey’s from their favorite sports teams overtime. This was the perfect location to display their memorabilia along the length of the bowling alley. This is definitely the most colorful room in the whole house, but it truly evokes a great spirit of fun for the whole family. It’s hard to imagine this space is in a basement because the tones are bright yet warm to create a great balance of comfort, fun and relaxation. It’s not only the Views of this home, but the finishes, craftsmanship and quality of selections that give this project it’s namesake “Elevated Views.”
