The Joss and Main Winter Edit has arrived! We shopped some of our favorite pieces and updated our Torina Project Kitchen with a few dramatic layers to create a, lived-in, refined look.
We started by swapping out a tired rug for this warm, vintage style runner that adds depth to the space without feeling too bold. We love this airy, coastal space, layered for winter, with richer neutrals in dark shades of brown and touches of gold and black.
Black styling pieces create polish and sophistication. We added black vases in the far corner that blend a traditional shape with a modern matte texture. The pairing elevates the rest of the collected pieces.
Next, we placed a coordinating, handcrafted black vase on the island. The vase’s brass rivets and aged detailing set it apart, making it a beautiful showpiece with rich, pretty florals.
One of our favorite styling elements, is the layered artwork amongst our cooking essentials. This framed landscape art brightens the deep-set shelf above the range, drawing your eye to one of our favorite nooks in the kitchen. The golden colors in the scene feel just right for the season.
On the open shelves we layered in some canvas art to add personality. We love the serene, cool colors of this piece that blend perfectly with the other elements in the display. This piece of art is for all seasons. Joss and Main has a beautiful collection of art to add depth and interest to any space.
Finally, we mixed woven texture in with our edgier glam pieces to keep the look feeling casual and inviting. These woven counter stools give a nod to the coastal location of the home.
