Transformation Tuesday: A Brick and Wood Kitchen Refresh

CC and Mike

Today’s Tuesday Transformation is a beautiful kitchen refresh with an industrial vibe. The talented CC and Mike updated this space for a good friend and shared a little of the backstory here. Inherited from grandparents, the home was beloved but dated. To update, CC and Mike both reworked the space to be more functional and revamped the look with statement making brick backsplash, oak cabinetry, and beautiful lighting. Take a look!

Such a fresh transformation, right? The look feels new, but still rooted in history. The brick backsplash, metal counter stools and globe pendants add an industrial vibe, while unique layering of art and heirlooms make the space personal.

Cabinets: Rift Sawn White Oak

Brick Backsplash:  Old Mill Brick, a thin brick single.  It is much thinner than regular brick so it can be used on interior walls. It makes a beautiful backsplash.

Quartz:  Calcatta Lincoln 3 cm quartz

Wood Floors: Villa Belize GELLA
