Peek in to the pantry of our Three Falls Project! In this home, traditional meets modern rustic with exposed stone, warm honey woods, and handcrafted tiles to create a home full of comfort and warmth. Tucked behind the beautiful, airy kitchen and living open-concept space, you’ll find the pantry, or the “dirty kitchen” as we like to call it. With plenty of cabinetry and counters, this space is meant for storage and messes that guests can’t readily see. Read on for the design details that helped us create this fresh, pretty work space.

This pantry looks beautiful, but all the chosen surfaces are meant to be effortless and easy to clean. Instead of using the wood flooring that runs throughout the house, here we chose durable stone, Claros Silver Tumbled Travertine. The rustic stone has both warm and cool tones that add to the earthy vibe of the design. We paired it with Sonata Quartz from Arizona Tile for the counters. Quartz is a great choice if you want to be able to use your counters without much worry on upkeep.

The backsplash tile is zellige. We love how this hand-crafted look adds an artisan vibe to space and another layer of texture. We stacked the tile vertically to bring in a more modern, clean-lined look.

The white cabinetry is painted Benjamin Moore Simply White. This is clean, crisp white with just a touch of warmth. It is so good in light-filled spaces. Matte black hardware pops against it adding a little edge to the organic space. We chose Restoration Hardware Grafton Pulls and Knobs in Flat Black. A wood ceiling, stained to match the house flooring (Monarch Lago in the Ampola colorway) adds a warm honey wood color that looks beautiful paired with the white. We also brought in a bit of the stone used on the walls throughout the project. We chose Prominence Stone, Normandy Blend. It adds incredibly organic beauty and natural warmth to the space.

We finished the design with beautiful lighting. The Hank Sconce (on sale!) illuminates the shelves with a classic linen shade. We paired it the Piatto Pendant in black and polished nickel.

We love this space. If you want to see how it fits into the overall design of the home, be sure to catch up on the kitchen and living room reveals.
