While pinning for my butcher-block post earlier this week, I stumbled upon this amazing kitchen via Vintage South Development. The home this kitchen is in is stunning, but I was especially drawn to the beautiful details of its entertaining space. Today, I want to share more images of this gray, rustic and refined kitchen.
As you can see this kitchen is composed of a neutral gray palette with rustic elements. There is a gorgeous mix of light and dark woods that blend seamlessly together to create a warm inviting space. I love how this kitchen doesn’t feel heavy or dark, but is kept fresh with white accents from the island and a light and airy eating nook.
The use of marble in this space is so elegant. It gives the kitchen interest. I love the movement of the pattern in the marble backsplash and the choice of a marble counters with slightly darker grey veining. Another clever addition, the metal open shelving. It adds to the fresh feel of the space and ties the pendants and hardware in beautifully.
These butcher-block countertops are the perfect pairing in this rustic and refined space. From this viewpoint you can see a light, chunky jute kitchen runner that lifts the color of the flooring, blending well with the counters and pretty display cabinet.
One of the best features of this home of the great layout of the kitchen to a large living area. This is a wonderful entertaining space, made cozy with casual, yet elegant upholstered furniture and plenty of seating.
With a tone on tone theme, this home has managed to feel fresh, beautiful and full of rustic warmth. I hope you have enjoyed seeing some more of this gorgeous kitchen.
