This beach house sitting area has a clean, crisp, polished, yet relaxed look. To achieve this look we choose layered neutrals and blues for color. To start, we picked white upholstered chairs and a soft printed rug. Then we added textured and color with vintage blue pillows. We installed a custom railing on the stairway and white oak, 5 panel doors with a natural finish. We accessorized with a Pottery Barn trunk , a rolling cart from Serena and Lily and aqua glass.
