For those lucky enough to vacation on Florida’s 30A, you already know that the homes are as big a draw as the beach. We love them for the porch swings, balconies, metal roofs and charming trim detail. Today we have a beauty to share. Floor to ceiling windows, layered wood tones, modern lines, and inviting spaces indoor and out for lounging and entertaining. This home is ready to host a crowd and we’d love to be invited. Take a look at today’s Dream Home!

Full of wood, glass, and metal, the house is a layering of organic textures that brings the blurs the line between outside and in. Floor to ceiling windows bring in beautiful views and coastal breezes, while inviting lounge areas on the porch, deck, and balconies invite everyone out.
A clever space for movie watching, and enjoying the breathtaking views. A hidden projector screen makes this room both functional and pretty.
Have you ever seen such a beautiful bedroom? It would be hard to ever leave this space. Wood ceilings have been a major trend for the warmth they bring to a space, but here the look is further elevated by recessed lighting. Glass walls flood the room with light and create a feeling of floating. The neutral pallet creates a refreshing oasis.
The house is designed to host a crowd, with spaces in mind for both adults and kids. This bunk room has a fun industrial vibe.
This incredible bathroom is full of design inspiration. We are noticing the mirrored wall, inlayed stone vanity, shower/bath enclosure, and of course the beautiful fixtures and tile.
The tiling in the shower/bath enclosure is amazing. Black and white but so full of texture and design. We are liking the contrast between the small white mosaic and the adjacent large black tiles. The brass fixtures pop in the space.
Such pretty inspiration in a beautiful location. For more dream home inspiration, browse the series here.
