Remember my non-white kitchens post, while searching for inspiration, I stumbled across this beautifully done, painted gray kitchen. This kitchen has so many elements I’m drooling over. Today, I want to share it’s amazing details. ( You can view my paint color picks for gray kitchens here).
I love the simplicity of this butcher block kitchen island and the choice of these Hicks pendant lights. They make a stunning impact with their brass detail and bold navy color.
One of my favorite elements of this kitchen is the strategically placed open shelving. I love how it’s in a corner space and how it meets the window. It give the kitchen a light and airy feel.
There is a such a clever mix of textures in this kitchen without it looking over done or busy. I love the use of shiplap and clean marble as the backsplash. They blend together seamlessly, for a clean look with interest.
These two glass, built-in cabinets frame these windows beautifully. I also love all the brass accents from the hardware to the lighting. Notice the unique mix of polished and brushed, brass finishes throughout the kitchen. It’s a combination that works perfectly. I love the simple brass wall sconce (similar) seen above the kitchen sink. It’s is a charming touch.
I hope you have enjoy seeing pictures of this inspiring kitchen. Check out my previous posts on how to update your kitchen with open shelving and sconce lighting for more inspirations and lighting picks. You can view the source for this beautiful cabinetry here. Have a great afternoon.
