Today we are excited to share sources and design details from our Beach Front Project Kitchen. This fresh space is crisp white warmed with natural wood tones and kept interesting with a mix of metals. Love the floor? We do too and would you believe it’s not wood? Read on for details!

Paint

For the painted cabinetry, we used our favorite go to white paint, Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace. We can’t get enough of this great neutral because it reads as true white in almost any light.

Flooring

It’s hard to believe that this flooring is not wood. It’s a Luxury Plank Vinyl! For our client who planned to rent out this vacation home on VRBO, the durable flooring is perfect. We used Paradigm Flooring Conquest Collection in the Chateau Colorway. The custom range hood and open shelving are stained to match the flooring.

Tile

From countertop to ceiling, we tiled using Bedrosians Allora Tile in Solid White. Tiling to the ceiling instead of stopping at the bottom of the upper cabinets creates a high end look.

Counters and Range Backsplash

The counters and range backsplash are both made from Bedrosians Neolith Mont Blanc. The oversize island is perfect in a vacation home; it can fit a crowd.

Lighting

We paired our BECKI OWENS X HVL Ivy Pendant in polished nickel with Mitzi brass Lupe sconce. We love to mix metals to add interest to a space. For more on mixing metals read Q + A : Mixing Metals in the Kitchen. Above the dining table in the nook, we hung Hudson Valley Lighting Clemens Pendant.

Furniture

Woven furniture is a beautiful trending look this year. In our Beach Front Project we paired these sea grass counter stools with the Essentails for Living chairs in the nook.

Styling

We added texture and warmth throughout the space with pretty textiles, ceramic dishes, and wood bowls. The kitchen runner is super affordable, especially because we just found it listed here on sale.

Any chance you would share the white paint color.
It looks crisp but not cold and I would love to have that in my home.
    Thank you
