Take a look and then tell us what you think!
Terra Cotta Tile
Earthy colors are trending. Warm terracottas, sage greens, and all shades of brown. One beautiful organic way to embrace the trend is with terra cotta tile. Warm, welcoming, and natural it creates Old World authenticity in new spaces. So pretty here paired with this sage green free-standing tub.

Light Wood Garage
Light wood garages look so beautiful with black and white exteriors. They add a warm organic vibe to the build that can still feel really modern. We shared a few more favorite wood garages in this spring curb appeal post.
We are always all for white marble in the kitchen. But for a more drama, opt for black. Black is an edgier neutral that adds polish. Paired with white and natural woods, it provides contrast and helps get that layered organic look that we have been loving. Plus, dark natural stones are more forgiving than bright white marble; they stain less easily. See more of the look in Design Trend 2019: Black Kitchen Counters.
Simple Pendant Lighting
It’s hard to give up a beautiful statement chandelier, but lately we are seeing a lot of beautiful kitchen and dining rooms that look perfect with a simple pendant light. It’s an understated modern look that keeps the focus spread throughout the space to each beautiful element of the design.
Traditional Wall Treatments
A New Traditional movement has been huge in design this year, with traditional design elements being blended back in to clean modern spaces. It’s a layering that feel beautiful. One way to get the look is to add wood molding or wallpaper to a room. The play of pattern adds a lot of depth to a space.
