I recently had a great visit to Utah. While I was there, I had the chance to visit a couple of homes that were a part of the 2015 Utah Valley Parade of Homes. They were both such beautiful homes, full of amazing inspiration, that I want to share a little of what I saw. Get ready to be inspired by the designs of Alice Lane Home and House of Jade Interiors.
Alice Lane Home
This home was unique in that it was a modern french design. The outside had gorgeous, french traditional architectural, but when I entered, I found unexpected modern clean lines and crisp simplicity. Almost every space had shiny, brass accents, that gave the home an updated, bright and fresh theme throughout. Some of my favorite spaces were the master bath, kitchen and charming playroom. The pictures below give a glimpse of this beautifully designed home. Just click the arrows below to see more images of this french modern manor.

When I saw this home, I was immediately in love with the painted white brick exterior. One of my favorite things about this home was how the black and natural wood accents were carried from the outside to the inside. When I entered, I saw beautiful black and white diamond marble floors, juxtaposed with a natural wood staircase and accessories. One of my favorite spaces was the kitchen of this home. It had an amazing white palette, with pops of black accents and warmth from reclaimed wood. The combination was stunning. Take a peek of more of this gorgeous home from House of Jade Interiors. I hope you’ve enjoy touring these homes as much as I did. Have a wonderful day!
