Before + After: Our Vidriosa Project Kitchen + Nook

We’ve shown a shot or two of our Vidriosa Project kitchen in past posts, but we recently had it photographed, and so today we are excited to share a full reveal! This space was an amazing transformation from an original tract home kitchen to a fresh, modern space with beautiful natural wood elements and clean modern lines. Take a peek!

As we often like to do with kitchen remodels, we started with a crisp white foundation. We refaced cabinetry and painted using Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace, added Colorado Gold marble countertops and a really pretty white tile backsplash. Instead of installing the tile in a more typical offset pattern, we had it installed in a straight set. These columns of tile create a more clean-lined modern look.

Wood and brass accents throughout the kitchen warm the space with a pretty organic vibe. We used this statement brass faucet and added open wood shelves, a custom white and wood range hood, woven shades, and these wood and metal barstools. We like the clean industrial look of those barstools in this white kitchen, but read our barstool roundup for more favorite options.

A mix of pretty lighting pops in the white space. Above the island, we added Rejuvenation black bell pendants that add contrast. They are no longer available, but we love these similar pretty black pendants as well (here, here, and here). All three are on sale now during Rejuvenation’s Annual Lighting Sale!

Above each window we installed a brass and glass tear drop sconce from the Arteriors Sabine Collection. Such a beautiful shape that adds a hint of shine and another layer of lighting.

The Kitchen Nook is defined by a gorgeous Ro Sham Beaux chandelier. Ours had some custom beading details, but this one is beautiful and very similar. To complete the nook, we added a beautiful round table from Restoration Hardware and these rattan dining chairs (similar look for less here).

The Vidriosa kitchen blends crisp modern white with layers of warm wood tones. To get the look in your own home, shop below!
