One of my favorite things to do is take walks in the pretty coastal neighborhoods near my home. I get to take in the gorgeous exteriors and dream about the design of the interiors. Recently, I just discovered this home by Graystone Custom Builders on Pinterest. It happens to be a home I’ve admired on my walks. Today, I’m going to share it’s beautiful interiors (designed by Black Band Design) with you so we call all be inspired. Take a peek into this stunning beach home.
The entry of the home immediately drew me in. I love the large scale floor mirror and the herringbone paved flooring. White shiplap walls and black steel windows create an crisp introduction to this fresh beach home. I also love this peek into the dining room that highlights the flooring.
The kitchen is a beautiful mix of neutral paint colors and various wood tones. It’s a great example of mixing metals and light and dark wood tones to create interest while maintaining clean modern coastal style.
This family room is perfect for entertaining large groups. With a disappearing wall of doors the space becomes even larger with indoor and outdoor seating areas. I love the practical and pretty design of two sofas facing each other and oversized light wood coffee table in between.
One of my favorite spaces is the master bathroom. The marble is rich and stunning looking. I love the dark wood/bronze accents through out the home that add depth and color to each space. The canopy bed in the master gives it such an elegant, airy look and the large jute rug brings in the casual coastal feel of the home.
Each room in this home is as beautiful as the next, including this smart study with a hammered metal desk and layered rugs.
Last but not least, the outside is as beautiful as the inside with comfortable spaces to relax and unwind.
