Last night we attended a cooking class hosted by Jenny Evans. It was a great night filled with tasty food and good conversation among friends. We wanted to share this Lentil Dip Recipe she made for us that works as an excellent appetizer for Thanksgiving. One of the best things about this recipe is it can be made 2 wks in advance or kept in the fridge for leftovers. It will be a crowd pleaser for sure! Also, we’ve updated our favorite finds for the week. Pick up a warm cozy sweater or some great shoes for your holiday visits.
